Our Weather
One of Southern Utah’s defining features is it’s climate. The area is well known for it’s huge amount of sunny days (averaging over 300 annually) and it’s comfortable temperatures. The average summer temperatures are usually between 95 and 101 degrees, but because of the relatively low humidity these temperatures feel very mild.
Winter Temperatures vary, but typically reside in the 50 to 60 degree range. There is very little snow, if any in the Winter time, but when it does snow it rarely lasts more than a few hours. The area averages about Eight Inches of annual precipitation, which mostly occurs in late Summer and early spring. With an elevation of 2800 feet, Southern Utah’s climate is as perfect as they come.
