Parade Of Homes
The St George Area Parade of Homes 2008 will be in it’s 18th year and has grown every year. The Parade is more than a home show – it’s a nationally recognized award-winning event hosting thousands of visitors in search of the latest building and decorating trends.
Each year, there are 25 homes that will be open to visitors. The homes will range in price from the low $200,000s into millions and everything in between.
One of the attractions to the area is, in fact, the warmer temperatures in the winter. Southern Utah includes diverse landscapes, beautiful red-rock rocks, lush green trees, and first-class golf courses.
The St. George Area Parade features some of the finest builders, trades contractors and suppliers in the nation.
Each year these craftsmen exhibit some of the most creative designs and unique features, somehow outdoing themselves from prior years. Parade home styles include contemporary, country French, Italian, Mediterranean, traditional, Tuscan-Olde world, and southwest.
